Senior Customer Manager

Operating duty:
1. Responsible for the maintenance and follow-up of the business relationship between the assigned customers or the customers of the building/park enterprises;
2. Mining new communication and IT project opportunities and providing corresponding solutions, quotations and contracts according to the specific needs of customers;
3. Coordinating orders, service delivery and project repayment;
4. Complete the related sales performance issued by the company, and do a good job of customer service support.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, majors are not limited;
2. The computer is skilled in daily operation and can use office software such as EXCELL, PDF, PPT and outlook flexibly.
3. Senior customer managers should have the business experience of telecom operators, ISP, VPN, IT service related industries directly facing enterprise customer service, be familiar with enterprise customer decision-making habits and business communication skills;
4. Strong anti-pressure ability, good psychological quality, with a keen sense of sales service;
5. Good at communication;
Salary: Senior Customer Manager (Basic Salary 8K + Performance Bonus)
Regular five insurance and one fund; non-Shanghai residents can provide free accommodation in employee apartments (near Zhongshan Park Company)
